Still here, even wheeled not too long ago. Shoot the Moon is sure different. Jeep ain't changed much, the house has owned me for going on two years now.

Time for me to install the new axle shafts in the 8.8, reinstall the front driveshaft, put the belly armor back on, and get off my ass and go wheeling!

Closest real wheeling is in fact Rausch Creek in PA. Wide variety of trails, about 100 miles from Westminster, costs like 15 bucks to become a member for a year plus around 30 bucks a day for wheeling. Cheap compared to illegal wheeling, and way more fun. They got everything from fire road to seriou...

RCV shafts cost bout twice what good aftermarket shafts do, but eliminate the ujoint, and are far stronger when the wheels are turned as a result. I used to break ujoints and almost always destroyed the stub shafts fairly often, since going RCV have had zero shaft failures, even when I killed a ring...

Rustoleum is soft and scratches very easily. It also isn't much cheaper than base/clear automotive, especially since you have plenty of space to set up a plastic sheet spray 'booth'. Glenn, this build is looking awesome. On the steering issue, when I did my body lift I lenthened the pivot mount by an inch as well. I'd also look to see if the stabilizer has moved around where it rubs the drag link or other parts of steering linkage. With that front steering stretch, you might wan...
