I have a set of 4 Rubicon Express 3.5" springs for $100, or a set of 4 Currie 4" springs I would sell for $80. Currie springs are a little rusty but nothing a wire wheel and paint couldn't solve.

I would not go long arm. I would just upgrade lowers at this point if you like the way it sits and rides now. I am not trying to call you out, but when you call me and ask me what causes this stuff to happen I would expect to give me all of the evidence. A lot can happen in 2.5 years since I fixed it. JK driveshafts are different and can not be rebuilt. When they go they are gone.
