New Rubistock

Post by Cowboy » Sat May 14, 2016 10:33 pm

Traded the '05 TJ Rubicon off today on a new 2016 JK Rubi. The TJ was starting to become a problem, I put almost $3k into fixing it over the last year, and the same issues were starting to happen again, along with some other problems...I had to get out of it, I will miss her.

Buh Bye: :( If you see this one for sale, you should pass...you have been warned.

Yep, sad to see the old one go, but that's a gorgeous color. So how long until this one starts getting violated?

I like the color, too!
So is gray the new white for problem Jeeps?
Speaking of white Jeeps with issues, anyone hear from Ryan lately?

In my mind, it will take a bit...it's just so perdy.

Color didn't have anything to do with it, having accident repairs done in the "Land of The Not Quite Right" (Korea) led to it's demise. At least that's what I'm blaming it on...couldn't possibly have had anything to do with how hard I played with it.

I haven't heard from Ryan in a long time.

I meant to congratulate you on your new jeep. So congrats. Hopefully I'll see you out on the trails sometime so I can see her get abused.

Brightened up the driveway a little more. Traded the wife's '14 silver JK-U Rubi off on a new '16 bright green JK-U Rubi.

She never liked the color and it was having all kinds of electrical issues...it must have been built on a Monday or Friday. Out with the old, in with the new...

I still need (want) a new Harley...that might have to wait. :?
