Cory the only down side to that filler being on the inside besides being a pain to fill iwht gear in the back is that the fumes from filling it and possibly from spillage with a hardtop or soft top on.

Both Jeeps came out great. I only hope mine comes out as well. How long did it take to dry and how much material did you each use?

Thanks.

It took me the weekend. I used the one gallon kit. Prep work took up 85% of the time. Sunday i started painting and it would dry pretty quick. It does have a longer cure time. But it dries enough for you to put your jeep back together before monday. ( i dont have a garage so i cant leave it undone in the driveway. damn HOA)

That is weird the gas tank access on the inside, my guess would be maybe they thought if they put on the inside this would help deter someone from stealing gas since they could hide it better inside. I would have just bought a gas cap that requires a key, or put a key'd cover on the gas fill.
