I don`t remember who was talking about it at one of the meetings. But they mentioned there was a pin inside the transfer. That you can grind off and get a 2wd low. How much is involved with it? Thanks.

You'll be able to do 2WD low and FWD low with just the twin stick conversion. The interlock pins keep you from doing FWD hi range. You can modify these to allow FWD hi, though:
