No kidding. I bet the market will go done even more after the holidays...and the market catches up.

Yeah - I am trying to buy a house now. Have to get out of Anne Arundel first. 1.3 million dollar "fixer upper" townhomes is a bit steep for me! May go to Somerset to work...anyone know what it is like out there? I like the country but I will cozy up near Salisbury or Cambridge for some sort of civilization...
