ESJA 6th Annual Jeeps On The Shore

Post by Ballen0351 » Thu Jan 15, 2009 7:16 pm

Hello from Maryland's Eastern Shore Jeep Association.

I'm not quite sure where to post this but if a admin or whatever wants to move it somewhere or to make it a sticky it would help.

Eastern Shore Jeep Association would like to invite Maryland Jeep Club to attend the 6th Annual Jeeps On The Shore event, June 20 and 21 at the Pocomoke Fair Grounds in Pocomoke Maryland.

Events of the show will be a show and shine competition, The Beater Build, RTI Ramp, Slow Crawl and obsticle course.

Prices are $25 for the weekend for the Jeep and Driver, passengers and guests will enter through the main gate and pay $5. On site camping fees will be $5 per night. That is for a primitive tent site

We are urging clubs to get involved in The Beater Build competition, this years winner will recieve a $100 prize. The Beater Build consists of simple rules, the vehicle and modifications done must total less than $2500. Currently ESJA, DEJA and 2 other's are planning to take part in the Beater Build information, contact me direct at wrangler95_4life@yahoo.com for further information on this.

We are hoping with the reduced fuel prices to have a good turn out. Show N Shine comp will be on Saturday. Prizes will be awarded for all comp events. We are hoping to have quite a few vendors on hand with the top 4x4 equipment and many goodies for raffles.

Visit http://www.easternshorejeep.com and click either on our forums or the Jeepsontheshore.com link for more information. The Jeepsontheshore page hasn't been updated in a little bit but the forums are working with new information.

Hope to see all ya from Maryland Jeep Clubat the show!! Once again feel free to contact me with any questions you or your club may have at wrangler95_4life@yahoo.com

The last minute twenty of that video was great, watching JT tear ass around that course was entertainment enough for watching.

Sadly I built the jeep and that was the first time it was beaten on/wheeled but that wasn't me driving.

Would anyone be interested in going sky diving that weekend or the morning before the show or something? http://www.skydiveoc.com/ if you want to check it out, the more people we got to go, the price goes down a little. I've been wanting to do this for a few years now but have never got around to it/never had anyone to go with.

My son did that a few years ago right before he went to boot camp. Him and a friend did it together. They loved it, make sure you have someone there with a camera.
